These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all mobile and web applications published by Strategic Services Group, LLC (“SSG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including apps distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading, installing, or using any SSG app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.
SSG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable app store rules (including Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play’s Developer Policy). You may not sublicense, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of our apps.
If you download our app from the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you. These Terms are between you and SSG only — not with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for our apps or their content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our apps. If our app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation for our apps.
You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes. You may not use our apps to violate any applicable laws or regulations; transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts; interfere with the performance or security of our apps; or use our apps in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
All content, features, and functionality within our apps — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Strategic Services Group, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license to use our trademarks or branding is granted under these Terms.
Our apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SSG does not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the extent permitted by applicable law (including Apple’s and Google’s requirements), your use of our apps is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SSG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our apps. SSG’s total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $0 if the app is free). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Fairfax County, Virginia, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
SSG reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the app after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
