SSG was built by operators who got tired of watching consulting firms write decks about problems they didn't understand. We do the work.
Strategic Services Group was founded in McLean, Virginia in 2008 with one operating principle: operators, not advisors. We've spent nearly two decades inside the hardest problems in federal contracting, logistics, compliance, and technology — and we've learned that the difference between a good plan and a good outcome is always execution.
We work across government, enterprise, and mission-driven organizations. We bring the same rigor to a 6-person non-profit's grant compliance as we bring to a $500M federal program. The work is what matters.
No assumptions. We map the current state before we prescribe anything. Most problems look different up close than they do in a briefing.
Our goal is always to leave the client stronger than we found them. We document, we train, and we transfer ownership. We don't engineer helplessness.
